Online Scripting Tool, or simply OST, firstly is an extension of 3D
Genome Browser - a system that allows user executes JavaScript on the page without taking any further
steps. Also it is filled with various scripts and useful genomic datasets that allow to simplify retrieving,
processing, manipulating data. Originally, primary target of the OST was 3D Genome Browser data and related
calculations, however at this moment it is strong universal tool for writing code in JavaScript. Moreover, it
is quite customizable as accepts any 3rd party library.
